"In your meditations, there is no such thing as a bad meditation. There is no such thing as a meditation that doesn't bring you where you need to be. ...Choose yet again to listen to the voice of God within you.
Daily meditation is the most valuable spiritual truth that you can live, for only in that will you come to know the Father and thusly to know yourselves. As your limitations fall away, and they will, you will realize that, as I have ever taught you, knowing God is the simplest thing. It is just a matter of letting go of all of the reasons you have created why you shouldn't know Him, and you have created a lot of fancy things, I can tell you. Some of them are absolutely hilarious. Others are sad. But they are all illusions, every one.
...The past month of your earth time has been rather horrendous, has it not? ...This coming month you will meet some more, 'Oh, my God's' and here is what you do. When they present themselves - and I care not what form they take or where you are when they attack you - you take that moment and you close your eyes and you go up to your Source. You leave behind the physical that would tell you all kinds of erroneous things. You leave behind the feeling nature, which will be screaming at you. You leave behind the mental body that's going to be racing about saying, 'What if, what if, what if, what if. Oh my God, what are we going to do?' ...
You go up to that silent place and you make your connection, and it's so simple to make that connection. You simply go there and you say, 'Thank you, my God, for being one with me now,' and you bring that back with you. And as you come into your mental body, you say to it, 'Peace, be still.' There is nothing that you can think that is not of God, and all that you think this moment is transformed into that which is good.
Then you come into your emotional body... the first thing you must say to it is, 'I love you. The God of me treasures you,' and in that love you are healed and all that you feel is perfect love.
Now you bring this into your physical body and you say to your nervous system, ...'Be still, be calm, for all is well. You are loved. You are at peace and there is nothing for you to be upset about.' Allow this feeling to come over you and you will find as you do this, each time you do it, it is something that just sort of happens because what you are doing is using your true nature. You are using that element of Spirit that is God within you, and you are dealing with whatever your circumstances be from that point.
Now, what is going to happen? Your physical body becomes calm. The adrenaline slows down. The heartbeat becomes normal. Your breathing becomes relaxed. The cells of your body lose all of their destructive forces and become constructive again, and instead of producing headaches and upset tummies and all that sort of thing, you are producing good health, vitality, physical strength, and endurance.
In the emotional body, anxiety disappears. There's no more feeling of, 'Oh dear, what shall I do?' Instead, there is a sense of perfect calm and in that calmness, the mental body of you can think positive thoughts. It is now open and receptive for the inflow of divine ideas and instead of racing around and frantically saying, 'I know not what to do,' there comes into your knowingness clear instructions. It is something that you will instinctively know and you will calmly, and with a certainty, go forth to take whatever action is required.
And do not be surprised if it is required to take no action. Remember, 'Be still and know that I am God.' And frequently the most powerful thing that you can do is - do nothing. Remember that, for all of you are of a nature to rush out and do something. Sometimes it is best to just be still and wait."
