Faith and Arrogance


"There is a difference in faith and arrogance. Faith is confidence that God is taking care of you and any circumstances, no matter how difficult, is under His power, that nothing, nothing can harm you. Arrogance is when something goes wrong and you scream at God, or the angels, or me, and demand to know where is the help...

Perhaps your response to the spit of the camel should be, "We can do this together, Father, for I feel your love and power working mightily in this." Anything like this is better than a 'Isn't this a shame, who can I blame?' fit. All of you can do this, just be diligent with your thoughts and responses."
