Helping Another

“What if you are a person who always helps whoever it is no matter what or who they are? You do a lot of good for a lot of people, but the one you most need to do good for is you. You are very low on your priority list. Everybody else is up there. So you have to start talking to yourself, telling yourself, ‘You are so lovable! You are so worthy. You are such a good person. Things you do are wonderous, indeed!’ And you will find that other people will start saying it to you.”

The Abstract Mind

"The abstract mind works in the fifth dimension. Most of the time it works from there. It has access to it. It is through the abstract mind that you can access the fifth dimension. The concrete mind can’t get up there. It can’t conceive of such a thing. The concrete mind only goes as far as the third dimension. It doesn’t reach beyond that. It doesn’t have the capacity to."

Enough

“A woman walked up to Miriam … and said, ‘I want to thank you for what you said to me. I never thought about my daughter being met by angels or that she would be waiting for me. You have no idea how comforting that was.’ The exchange of a sentence or two helped that woman. Doing little things like that is living your truth. …So, it isn’t always going out and doing something grandiose. It’s the little moment-by-moment kindnesses: a kind word, a touch, sometimes there are no words, sometimes it’s just a hug, a touch. It’s what comes from within you in a feeling of caring, even if it’s for that [snaps the fingers] length of time. This is what makes the difference in the world. And this is really enough.”
